These terms govern your use of FreeRegistry. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Using FreeRegistry

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you add or share.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give FreeRegistry a limited permission to host, copy, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. You must have the right to submit the content and may not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing material.

Gift links and reservations

FreeRegistry helps people share gift ideas and coordinate reservations. We do not sell the listed products, process purchases, guarantee availability or pricing, or resolve transactions between users, guests, and third-party stores. A reservation is informational and is not a purchase contract.

Third-party services

Registries may contain links to third-party websites. Their products, content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are outside our control. Some product links may be affiliate links, which may earn FreeRegistry a commission without changing your price.

Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its security, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, collect personal information without permission, distribute malware or spam, or interfere with other users.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create risk. We work to keep FreeRegistry available, but the service is provided “as is” and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeRegistry and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
